M&S Lawn Care Inc is a new company, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. It was started to do one thing properly: cut and maintain the lawns in the towns around Hopewell that bigger outfits drive past on their way somewhere else.
That means a smaller operation on purpose. When you book a lawn, you get a day and a price. When that day comes, the same person shows up with the same equipment, and the yard gets finished the way it was finished last time. There’s no crew rotation, no new guy learning your gate code, and nobody selling you a service you didn’t ask for.
Mowing, trimming and edging, and leaf cleanup. That’s the whole list, and it’s the list we’re good at. If you need something we don’t do, we’ll tell you straight rather than take the money and figure it out.
What we promise
The quote is the price
We look at the yard, we quote it, and that number holds. No add-ons appearing on the back end because the grass was taller than expected.
We call before we cancel
Virginia weather is what it is. When rain pushes a visit, you hear from us before the day is over — not after you notice the grass got long.
We leave it clean
Clippings off the concrete, beds blown out, gate closed, nothing left in the street. The tidy-up is part of the job, not an upsell.
We say no when we should
If your lot is more than we can take on well, we’ll tell you instead of overbooking and doing a rushed job.
